Exchanges
- Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we accept exchanges.
Process for Exchanges:
- Our courier partner, Delhivery, will arrange a pickup of the item to be exchanged.
- Once the product is received at our facility, we will review it for eligibility.
- After approval, we will dispatch the replacement product within 24 hours.
- If the request is rejected, customers will be notified via email with the reasons for the rejection.
Conditions for Return & Exchange:
- Incorrect or Damaged Items: Received the wrong item or a damaged one? Contact us within 2 days of delivery with clear photos or videos of the unboxing videos process as proof.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return Request: Initiate your return or exchange within 7 business days of receiving the product. Submit a Return/Exchange Request with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos/videos demonstrating any faults or damage.
Return Process:
- Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Products must be unopened, in their original packaging, and unused.
- We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s approved. Don’t return anything without approval.
- Upon approval, we’ll arrange a free pickup through our courier partner.
- Once the item arrives at our/ vendors’ warehouse and passes the quality control (QC) inspection confirming it meets our return criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, and free from deliberate damage), we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return/exchange is approved.
Verification Process:
- For all return requests, we require an unboxing video as part of the verification process.
- The video must clearly show the product, its packaging, and any defects or issues.
- This helps ensure a fair assessment and expedites resolution
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be refunded within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be processed via your chosen payment method during the return process.
- In case of delays, you will be notified and provided an updated timeframe.
